How to Withdraw

If you have applied to a study abroad program and need to withdraw, we suggest you communicate with a full-time staff member. The date of withdrawal will be used to calculate a refund per these schedules. See below for further directions.
Semester, Academic year, and Non-instructor led Programs
- Before application deadline
- Pre-decision status:
- Login into your online application
- Click on the 鈥淲ithdraw鈥 button on the right hand side of the program name
- Indicate your reason for withdrawing (required)
- $100 application fee is non-refundable
- Pre-decision status:
- After application deadline
- Pending Committed status:
- Login into your online application
- Click 鈥淐ontinue鈥 on Decision Letter
- Click 鈥淲ithdraw鈥 button
- Indicate your reason for withdrawing (required)
- $100 application fee is non-refundable
- Confirmed Committed status:
- Contact the Study Abroad Center to withdraw from program
- Indicate your reason for withdrawing (required)
- $100 application fee is non-refundable
